My check-in experience was really disappointing. After waiting for hours because of miscommunication between staff, I was finally told I couldn't check in even though my room was paid for. Additionally, the room itself had issues such as a non-functioning lamp and unreliable outlets, making it tough to charge our devices.

The room was modern and clean, which made our stay super comfy. We hit up the TPC Golf Course and Twin Creek Golf Club nearby, both were awesome. Just a heads up, if you don’t have a car, ridesharing is a must to reach restaurants.

We did have a bit of a letdown with the breakfast options, which felt limited compared to past stays. They could definitely spice things up!

I enjoyed my recent stay, especially the clean sheets and large room. The hotel had decent amenities for leisure, but it could use some upgrades. Overall, I wouldn't choose this place again.

the room was kinda dirty when i first got there, but the comfy bed hit the spot. the staff were super helpful and the new key card was delivered by the manager himself. The breakfast had solid options like fresh waffles.

It was just a smart choice for a fleeting pause in McKinney with excellent value for money. The lobby is beautiful and modern, making it a welcoming place after a long drive. For a smooth stay, try to plan your breakfast early since it might run out later.

The hotel was in a great area, exactly where I needed it to be, and I really enjoyed the comfort of the spacious queen room with two queen beds that provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful limestone quarry park just 4 km away and the veterans memorial park only a short walk of 1.5 km. however, some areas in the hotel could use better cleaning.
